E.ON Next (Business) deemed and out-of-contract rates
If your fixed contract ends without a new one in place, or you move into premises supplied by E.ON Next (Business) without agreeing a contract, you'll pay its deemed or out-of-contract rates. These are typically well above fixed contract prices.
E.ON Next publishes deemed prices as electricity and gas PDFs on a page it shares with home customers; when we checked in September 2026 they were effective from 4 September 2026. It does not publish out-of-contract prices, saying only that they are higher than its variable price plan.
