Dyce Energy is a business-only energy supplier based in Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, set up in 2016. It serves everyone from start-ups to large multi-site energy users, with fixed contracts of 12, 24 or 36 months. Some customers' contracts are held with its partner suppliers rather than with Dyce itself.

Worth knowing: Dyce Energy is trading, but your contract may be held with one of its partner suppliers, which its terms name as Yü Energy, VoltX Power and British Gas. Where Yü Energy is the supplier, bills are co-branded and Dyce still handles customer service. Ofgem revoked Dyce's own gas supply licence in April 2022 because it had stopped supplying gas to all customers.

For context: in Q2 2026, UK businesses using up to 20,000 kWh of electricity a year paid an average of 38.36p per kWh all-in, which spreads the standing charge across every unit and includes the Climate Change Levy. A bill shows a unit rate plus a daily standing charge, so use our cost calculator to turn your rates into an all-in figure before comparing. Prices for every business size.
